Additionally, Steph will oversee Kulur Group’s internal communications team–championing enterprise Kulture initiatives aimed at creating a cohesive link between internal and external Kulur brand enthusiasts.

"We're so incredibly excited to have Steph join the team. Her energy is unrivaled, and her record of demonstrated excellence is second to none," says Nicholas Love, Kulur Group CEO. "Innovation and creativity are critical skills in all aspects of our business, and these are skills that are always on display with Steph. While unique, we were very intentional with Steph’s title selection. As an agency, we are operating with a type of swagger that sustains an infectious positive energy rooted in courage and curiosity, and Steph’s national initiatives will be a reflection of that, and so much more. I'm honored to coach and work alongside such a unique and bright talent."

“My new role at Kulur, unlike any other, fully embodies every single life principle that I stand for, and I am both humbled and excited about the transformative journey ahead. Especially, our keen focus on challenging brands to be dual in their marketing and communications approach: not only winning amongst their target consumers on a personal level, but also winning in the way they fully show up for the diverse communities and cultures they serve,” says Steph. “This principle is highly personal and deeply infused into Kulur Group’s own ‘Kulture' that gives birth to new initiatives regularly aimed at supporting community-focused and diverse-owned businesses.”

A proud Summa Cum Laude graduate of (HBCU) Jackson State University, Steph brings a vibrant and complementary palette of skills to Kulur Group's Executive Leadership Team.
